Phoenix Suns announce NBA Summer League schedule

The Phoenix Suns, one of 22 teams competing in NBA Summer League 2013 in Las Vegas, announced their schedule for ten-day event Wednesday.

The Suns, who will be coached in Vegas by new head coach Jeff Hornacek, will open up their schedule with a game against the Portland Trail Blazers Saturday, July 13 at Thomas & Mack Center.

For the first time, the Summer League will feature a tournament-style schedule that will crown a league champion on July 22. The Suns will compete in three preliminary round games before entering the tournament phase. All teams are guaranteed at least five games during the session.
