Cowboys ready for challenges Cardinals present

PHOENIX – The Dallas Cowboys may be the clear favorites when they invade University of Phoenix stadium to take on the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, but that doesn’t mean they are overlooking their opponent this week.
“They played awfully well as of late winning three of the last four. All you have to do is put on the tape to see that, we understand the challenge,” said Cowboys’ head coach Jason Garrett on a conference call Wednesday.
Garrett said the Cowboys have to study extra hard because they don’t know if they will be facing Kevin Kolb or John Skelton at quarterback.
“We’ll prepare for all those guys. You try to watch tape on each of them to see their strengths and weaknesses. We just got to be ready to play,” said Garrett.
The Cowboys’ coach has been especially impressed with the Cardinals defense as of late.
“They’re challenging like they’ve always been. They have some difference-making players on their team,” said Garrett.
The Cowboys will be expecting some help from the stands in their game against the Cardinals.
“There are some Cowboy fans in different places that we go and Arizona has always been one where there has been Cowboy fans out there and we appreciate their support,” said Garrett.
