The staff of ArizonaSports.com has compiled their list
of the top 25 Arizona sports stories of the year 2011.
We’ll be unveiling them over the next couple of weeks, all
leading up to the top story of 2011.

When the 2011-2012 NFL season is over, one defining moment from the
year will ring true for all teams — the effects from the 136-day lockout.

The missed training time, late free agent signings and trade acquisitions,
and the overall hastened approach to create chemistry set every team
back in their preparation for the start of the football season.

No team suffered more than the Arizona Cardinals, in that respect.
