The Phoenix Suns released footage of new court-level club suites that feature a pizza oven and a team shop amongst other features in the latest installment of Transformation Thursdays.
The team’s latest episode of the series focused on the suites, which are part of the $230 million renovation to the venue formerly known as Talking Stick Resort Arena.

The suites are part of the new Club Gila River, which is one of two courtside properties that have been added to the arena, according to a team press release.
The club includes more than 4,000 square feet of space, which includes a full bar and kitchen, to go with communal spaces where fans can mingle once they’re allowed into the building again.
Marley Avritt of Okland Construction, who is the general contractor on the project, believes the new space will become a centerpiece for everything from business deals and networking to family outings.
“You have a really good opportunity for networking, bring your friends, do some entertaining, bring your families,” Avritt says on the video. “You have some TVs so you’re never missing any of the action which is great.”
The 2020-21 NBA season will tip off on Dec. 22, though a decision on fans bing allowed inside the renovated arena has not been made yet.
