Former state of Arizona standout selected in first round of 2015 NFL Draft

As the 2015 NFL Draft unfolded, Arizona’s top product was selected before the first half of the first round was completed.

Andrus Peat went to the Saints with the No. 13 overall pick.

Peat, a second-team All-American offensive tackle at Stanford, also attended Corona del Sol high school in Tempe. His father, Todd Peat, played six seasons in the NFL with the St. Louis/Phoenix Cardinals.
