“Why you got me in the graveyard, dog?”
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray needed to credit Cleveland Browns pass-rusher Myles Garrett for his creativity. But he needed answers on Sunday.
Garrett, it was revealed last week, decorated his front yard with gravestones marked by many of the Browns’ opposing quarterbacks this season. Among them was a plot of land marked for Murray.

In a video released by the NFL, the Cardinals quarterback is shown confronting Garrett over his Halloween lawn decorations after Arizona beat Cleveland, 37-14, on Sunday. Murray admitted it was at least a nice touch that Garrett did not have a R.I.P. marked on his gravesite.
The Browns defensive end said he included Murray among his lawn ornaments because he “need some added motivation.”

It must be working.
Garrett dropped Murray once in the football game. It was his eighth sack through six games this year, which leads the NFL.
Murray and Garrett were teammates for Texas A&M during the former’s freshman year at college. The quarterback played in eight games before he elected to transfer to Oklahoma for the final few seasons of his college career.
“I’ve known Myles since high school. To see me in his graveyard, little thing, it was kinda tough,” Murray told reporters on Wednesday. “We got the win so that’s all that matters. If we would have doubled up, lost and I’m in the graveyard, it would have been tough.”
