Cardinals favored vs. Saints in odds for quick TNF turnaround

The Arizona Cardinals are favored for the second straight week.
After being in that position for the first time this season against the Seattle Seahawks prior to a 19-9 loss, Arizona is a -2.5 favorite for a Thursday Night Football showdown at State Farm Stadium with the New Orleans Saints, per Fan Duel Sportsbook.
The over/under is 43.5 for a Saints squad with injuries plaguing quarterback and receiver, which is facing a Cardinals team coming off a poor offensive performance in that loss to the Seahawks. Only three of those Arizona points were scored by an offense.
Anytime touchdown-scorer bets available on FanDuel include New Orleans running back Alvin Kamara (+115), debuting Arizona receiver DeAndre Hopkins (+125), and Cardinals running backs Eno Benjamin (+145) and James Conner (+145). Conner is questionable to play.
Saints rookie wideout Chris Olave is expecting to play, but veteran receivers Michael Thomas and Jarvis Landry are among those out.
At quarterback, starter Jameis Winston has been out since Week 4 due to a back injury. Winston was active on Sunday but still didn’t play. He was limited in practices this week, while backup Andy Dalton went through a full workout Wednesday.
As for the Cardinals, wide receiver Hollywood Brown is among those out — and will be sidelined for at least a month. Arizona starting center Rodney Hudson was ruled out with a knee issue while running back Conner is questionable with a ribs injury.
The Cardinals host the Saints on Thursday for a 5:15 p.m. MST kickoff. It will air on Arizona Sports 98.7, the Arizona Sports app and ArizonaSports.com with coverage starting at 12:30 p.m.
