Both the Phoenix Suns and Minnesota Timberwolves had reserve forwards entering their game Tuesday listed as questionable with injuries.

Suns’ Torrey Craig (heel soreness) and T-Wolves reserve Kyle Anderson (back spasms) led their team’s respective injury reports, but both were deemed available to play pregame.

Minnesota guard Jordan McLaughlin (heel soreness) was also listed as questionable.

Craig is averaging 5.7 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game. He has not missed a game this season.

Phoenix (5-1) already ruled out center Deandre Ayton (ankle) and forward Ish Wainright (personal) for the game. Jae Crowder additionally remains away from the team as it searches for a trade to land something in exchange for last year’s starter.

The Suns would be short on depth behind starting power forward Cam Johnson, but the Timberwolves’ jumbo lineup might force them away from using too many wings anyway.

For Minnesota (4-3), the size of center Rudy Gobert and forward Karl-Anthony Towns will challenge Johnson and likely starting center Bismack Biyombo, who replaced the injured Ayton on Sunday for a win against the Houston Rockets.

Suns backup center Jock Landale could see extended minutes, while big man Dario Saric could be first on coach Monty Williams’ list to take on a bigger role Tuesday. Saric has made a single, two-minute appearance this year.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Arizona Sports 98.7, the Arizona Sports app and ArizonaSports.com.
