Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker is on another planet compared to the rest of the NBA when it comes to scoring the basketball.

In Friday night’s 122-121 loss to the Houston Rockets at Footprint Center, the All-Star put up his third straight 40-plus-point game.

Booker finished with 41 against the Rockets, while registering 51 in Wednesday’s 132-113 win over the Chicago Bulls and scoring 44 points in Monday’s 122-117 over the Kings in Sacramento.

He scored 18 of Friday night’s 41 points on 7-of-9 shooting (78%) in the first quarter alone.

Booker also went 2-for-2 from three-point range and added four assists and two rebounds in the opening 12 minutes of the contest.

Those metrics have Booker posting some pretty impressive scoring numbers and shooting stats over his last four quarters played.

At the end of the first 12 minutes on Friday night, Booker had 44 points on 17-of-20 shooting (85%) in his last two quarters of play.

Booker dropped a 51-point performance on Wednesday on 20-of-25 (80%) shooting from the field over three quarters.

Combine that with Friday’s first 12 minutes and he’s at 69 points scored while going 27-for-34 for a 79.4% clip from the floor over a four-quarter stretch.

Booker finished the game with a game-high 41 points on 15-of-25 (60%) shooting from the field, 4-for-6 from three and 7-of-10 from the free throw line.

He also had eight assists and four rebounds in nearly 34 minutes played.
