A different kind of swing, D-backs go from baseball to golf

SCOTTSDALE –  The D-backs may have had an off day, but that did not stop four of the pitchers from being active.

Braden Shipley, Zack Godley, Tyler Clippard and Evan Marshall took a drive out to the Wildfire Golf Club at JW Marriott Desert Ridge to compete against three LPGA players in a skills challenge.

The LPGA players and the D-backs raced to see which team could break a glass window first. The winner, well that is debatable.
