Dillon Brooks submits entry for best flop of all-time

We have all seen athletes flop around in an effort to draw a foul or penalty.
Unfortunately, that’s just part of sports nowadays.
Yet, while we have surely gotten used to it, every now and then a performance goes above and beyond our expectations. Sometimes, a player flops so badly that you cannot help but marvel at the effort.
After all, one takes a considerable risk in just willingly falling to the floor.
Enter Dillon Brooks, Oregon’s junior forward who returned to the court for the Ducks on Thursday and in the second half staked his claim for Flop of the Year.
Nay, Flop of the Decade. Or maybe Flop of the Century?
How about all-time?
Because there is justice in the world, Brooks was actually called for a foul on the play.
But kudos to him for what was a fantastic performance in the Ducks’ 73-67 road win.
