Arizona Coyotes fan fest set for Sept. 8 at Gila River Arena

For fans looking to grab autographs, snap selfies and smack some slap shots with their favorite Arizona Coyotes players, your lucky day is Saturday, Sept. 8.

The Coyotes announced they will host a fan festival from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Gila River Arena free of charge and open to the public.

Most of the players on the Coyotes are expected to be at the event, including Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Niklas Hjalmarsson, Christian Dvorak and newcomers Michael Grabner and Alex Galchenyuk, along with broadcasters Matt McConnell, Tyson Nash and Paul Bissonnette.

New food items for the 2018-19 season from Levy Restaurants will be offered at the event along with “Summer Sale” items from the Fanatics Coyotes Den team store including the alternate Kachina jerseys.

The setup will also include stations for air hockey, bubble hockey and a card display.

The event will also feature a yard sale of official dressing room apparel and other exclusive items.
