The Arizona Diamondbacks have reinstated reliever Jorge De La Rosa from the 10-day disabled list, the team announced Thursday.
In addition, the D-backs optioned reliever Silvino Bracho to Triple-A Reno.
De La Rosa landed on the DL after he was diagnosed with right Achilles tendon bursitis following an exit from the ninth inning of the D-backs’ matchup with the Miami Marlins on June 1.
The left-hander has a 3.54 ERA in 27 appearances with the D-backs in 2018.
Bracho’s latest stint with the D-backs ends after four outings, in which he gave up just one earned run in 4.1 innings of work. He also struck out seven batters.
The right-hander has a 1.42 ERA in 11 appearances for the D-backs this season.
