Inside the Box: D-backs start slow but end up with win

time to go Inside the Box for April 10, 2011: Diamondbacks 10, Reds 8

The Good:

In the bottom of the 8th inning with the Diamondbacks down 7-6 they scored four runs — three of them on a three-run home run by Chris Young — to take a 10-7 lead. They held on to win the game 10-8.

The Bad:

Diamondbacks starter Joe Saunders only lasted three innings and did not get a decision in the game. Saunders gave up six hits and walked five guys as he struggled with his control.

The Funky:

The Diamondbacks 10 runs came on 10 RBIs from three players. Chris Young had four RBI and Stephen Drew and Ryan Roberts each had three RBI.
