The Good:

Arizona was down 4-2 after the first inning, but rallied to send the game to extra innings where a bases loaded walk to Chris Young scored the game-winner for the D-backs.

Miguel Montero and Gerardo Parra each hit home runs for Arizona.

Parra had three hits on the night while Montro had three RBI’s.

The D-backs bullpen threw four innings of scoreless baseball between Brad Ziegler, David Hernandez, Micah Owings with J.J. Putz finishing the game for his 40th save.

The Bad:

Starter Ian Kennedy didn’t have his best stuff Tuesday putting his team behind early giving up four runs in the first inning.

Kennedy rebounded to finish his night throwing six innings only giving up the four first inning runs.
