The Arizona Diamondbacks signed veteran outfielder Josh Reddick to a minor league deal on Monday.

Reddick’s deal could be worth up to $750,000 if he reaches the majors, according to Arizona Republic’s Nick Piecoro.

The 34-year-old outfielder has spent the last four seasons with the Houston Astros.

During that span, Reddick hit 48 home runs, racked up 208 RBIs and hit for a batting average of .278.

Reddick was also a part of the 2017 Astros squad that won the World Series by defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The veteran outfielder collected 13 home runs, drove in 82 RBIs and batted .314 during the Astros championship run that season.

The newest member of the D-backs brings eight years of postseason experience with him.

In 74 career postseason appearances, Reddick has posted a .204 batting average along with 47 hits and four home runs.

If the 34-year-old outfielder makes it to the major league for Arizona he could provide some depth to the Diamondbacks outfield as All-Star Ketel Marte is currently on the injured list after sustaining a hamstring injury.

The Diamondbacks will start a new series on Monday against the Oakland Athletics at 6:40 p.m.
