The Phoenix Suns are looking to hoist their first NBA championship trophy in franchise history, and their odds to do that are getting better with the Utah Jazz and Brooklyn Nets being sent home.

Even though Phoenix is surging through the Western Conference after knocking off the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round and sweeping the Denver Nuggets in the semis, the Suns are still not the overwhelming favorite to win it all.

Prior to tip-off of Game 7 between the Milwaukee Bucks and Nets on Saturday, Bet MGM had the Suns as the favorite, with the Bucks behind them.

However, after that thrilling finish with Milwaukee surviving Kevin Durant’s 48-point performance, the Bucks have emerged as the favorite.

NBABet agrees with Bet MGM with the Bucks being favored to win and the Suns right behind them.

Predictive analytics site FiveThirtyEight has more faith in the fellas, giving the Suns a 41% chance to win it all based on the RAPTOR individual player ratings.

What the predictive websites agreed on is the Suns will get off to a good start on their way to making the final.

BetMGM had the Suns as a five-point favorite over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 1, while FiveThirtyEight gave the Suns a 68% chance to claim victory in the opening game of the series.

Listen to Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals between the Suns and Clippers at 12:30 p.m. on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.
