Suns star Devin Booker listed as top 20 player in NBA 2K27

Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker landed in the top 20 of the highest-rated players for NBA 2K27 to start the 2026-27 NBA season, as revealed on Friday.

Booker was listed as the 19th-best player with a 91 overall rating in the game. He was just ahead of Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton at No. 20 with a 90 overall rating.

Dillon Brooks is the only other Suns player listed in the top 100, landing at No. 84 with an 82 overall rating.

Oklahoma City Thunder star and two-time defending NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the highest-rated player in NBA 2K27 with a 97 overall rating. San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama (97), Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic (97), Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic (96) and New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson (96) round out the top five.

NBA 2K27 will be released Sept. 4 and will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC through Steam and Nintendo Switch 2. Wembanyama is this year’s cover athlete.

How does Devin Booker’s NBA 2K27 rating compare to previous games?

Booker’s 91 rating is on par with recent editions in the NBA 2K series, as he has had a rating of 90 or above since NBA 2K22.

The five-time NBA All-Star’s highest rating in the series was a 94 in NBA 2K24. He had a 91 rating in NBA 2K23, for which he was the cover athlete. Booker’s lowest rating was a 72 in NBA 2K16 ahead of his rookie season.
