Arizona Cardinals legend and 2026 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Larry Fitzgerald threw out the first pitch at the Arizona Diamondbacks final home game of the regular season Sunday.

Fitzgerald, who wore a Corbin Carroll jersey for the ceremonial moment, delivered the pitch to Carroll at home plate.

Fitzgerald’s ceremonial first pitch caps a weekend of celebratory pregame festivities after the D-backs honored their 2001 World Series squad on Saturday.

The Diamondbacks are looking for a series win over the New York Yankees on Sunday, as Arizona fights to keep itself in the National League Wild Card race.
