Arizona Cardinals outside linebacker Josh Sweat is questionable for Sunday’s game at the New York Giants with a groin injury in Week 4.
Sweat had his regular Wednesday off for rest and full participation on Thursday before popping up as a limited participant in Friday’s work. He is the only Cardinal whose game status is up in the air, as of Friday afternoon.
Arizona’s only ruled out player was Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (back), who did not play in Week 3 against the San Francisco 49ers and has not practiced since the Thursday before that matchup when he was limited.
Center Hjalte Froholdt (knee), linebacker Mack Wilson Sr. (thumb) and defensive linemen Walter Nolen III (shoulder) and Roy Lopez (groin) were all limited for a time this week but were full participants on Friday.
For New York, starting left tackle Andrew Thomas (groin) and running back Tyrone Tracy (knee) both did not practice Wednesday for the Giants, but Tracy was limited on Thursday before fully practicing Friday while Thomas was limited in his first action Friday.
Here is the final injury report for the Cardinals’ Week 4 game against the Giants:

Sweat has been taking the day off since off season..
If they don’t win this weekend Monti Ossenfort needs to be shown the door. My opinion is based on his entire body of work more than anything to do with this one game but if they drop three in a row Why keep him around? This is a game AZ should win they should have won last week, Monti has done NOTHING to improve this defense in FA. I don’t want him having any input on next years draft class if they lay an egg this weekend. Let Mike LaFluer pick his own GM and QB next year and build it right, Montis had years and hasn’t done anything he’s done enough damage. AZ should win this game but if they don’t I hope Monti pays for it with his job and Bidwill starts holding executives accountable .
Groin issue? Yea, he certainly left his testicular fortitude somewhere in the off-season. But? He still gets paid. 12 sacks or 0 sacks. 16 odd against the CAP this year, 16.5 next, no guaranteed money next. IF he returns, he makes 17 so next year, its either a CAP hit or they pay him, same amount of money. Actually smart deal for the Cards, rolled all the big $ the first two years, only 17M the last two. Pay to play? Play to earn. He's a goner for or efore next year.
