Cardinals-Rams injury report: Marvin Harrison Jr. lands on IR
Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) had already been ruled out, and the Cardinals placed him on injured reserve on Friday.

Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl safety Budda Baker is good to go for Sunday’s season finale against the Los Angeles Rams after working through concussion protocol and a thumb injury.
Baker missed practice last week and did not suit up in last Sunday’s loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, the only game Baker has missed over the past two seasons.
Wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) had already been ruled out for Week 18, and the Cardinals placed him on injured reserve on Friday. The Cardinals have 25 players on injured reserve, 26 counting Sean Murphy-Bunting (reserve/non-football injury).
Edge rusher Josh Sweat was limited on Friday after missing two days of practice due to an ankle/knee injury designation. Sweat has not missed a game this year but has been banged up, playing 20% of defensive snaps over the past two games. He is questionable for Sunday.
For the Rams, wide receiver Davante Adams was limited with a hamstring injury after a nonparticipant listing on Wednesday. He has missed the past two games with the ailment and is questionable for Sunday.
Los Angeles (11-5) is locked into a Wild Card spot in the NFC, as the only thing on the table is whether the Rams end up with the fifth or sixth seed.
They will know if there is a chance on Saturday night, as a Seahawks win over the 49ers paired with a Rams win would move L.A. up to face the NFC South winner in the opening round. A 49ers win would deem Sunday’s game for the Rams meaningless in terms of the standings.

Maserati Marv is out? This is devastating news.
I was listening to the radio yesterday, and they did mention that if the Seahawks beat the 49ers tonight (I think they have the Saturday game), then the Rams have something to play for tomorrow. If the Seahawks win and wrap up the division, then tomorrow's game will decide if the Rams have the 5th seed (which would play the NFC South opponent, likely in warm weather) or 6th seed (which would mean either a trip to Philly or Chicago, likely in cold weather).
So, there's something... Obviously, I want the Cardinals to lose and get a better draft pick, but overall, Monti has been awful at drafting - so, it probably doesn't matter. Although maybe a 3 win season will be slightly more likely to convince Bidwell to something that another 4 win season (which the Cards have already had two of in the last three years).
