TEMPE — Arizona Cardinals rookie defensive lineman Kaleb Proctor suffered a torn meniscus, head coach Mike LaFleur confirmed Wednesday.
It’s unclear how much time he could miss.
The news of Proctor’s injury comes after he was not present for Tuesday’s minicamp practice.
“It sucks. That’s the only injury we had. We had some bumps and bruises, but everyone’s leaving healthy,” LaFleur said.
“Kaleb Proctor had a meniscus tear so he’ll miss quite a bit of time, if not — and I don’t want to say absolute — the whole year.”
Proctor was taken in the fourth round (No. 104 overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft and marks one of Arizona’s only defensive additions this offseason.
He also hasn’t put pen to paper on his rookie deal, joining Carson Beck as the only two players from the draft class yet to sign their contracts.

Here we go again, this one didn't even make it to training camp.
Another brilliant pick by Ossenfort..
Despite all the smoke that the Cardinals are trying to blow up everyone's butt, it sounds like it's pretty much a given that Proctor will be a non-factor this season.
