The Arizona Cardinals lost another offensive lineman on Monday.

Sowell appeared in every game last season on special teams and saw spot duty at tackle.

The 26-year-old originally joined the Cardinals in 2013 after the team claimed him off waivers from Indianapolis on Sept. 1. He started the final 12 games of the season at left tackle, but since then the bulk of his snaps have come on special teams.

The 6-foot-7, 315-pound Sowell is the second member of the Cardinals’ offensive line to depart, as starting right tackle Bobby Massie signed with the Chicago Bears last week. Another lineman, Ted Larsen, has been taking free agent visits, too.
