The New York Knicks and Houston Rockets continue talking about a trade for Carmelo Anthony, though a person with knowledge of the details says no deal is imminent. Anthony has told the Knicks he would accept a move to the Rockets but the teams are still trying to find a trade that works for both sides, the person told The Associated Press on Thursday, July 13, 2017. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski dropped one of his classic “Woj Bombs” Saturday morning regarding power forward Carmelo Anthony and his trade destination.

After giving the New York Knicks a list of teams he would waive his no-trade clause for on Friday, Anthony is reportedly on his way to Oklahoma City and is expected to be at training camp Tuesday.

And Twitter responded accordingly.

It won’t take long to see how the two teams mesh following the acquisition since they open up the 2017-2018 season against each other in OKC on Oct. 19.
