Diamondbacks recall Silvino Bracho, option fellow reliever Jake Barrett

The Arizona Diamondbacks optioned reliever Jake Barrett to Triple-A Reno on Tuesday and recalled fellow pitcher Silvino Bracho.
Barrett appeared in the team’s last two games after being recalled, allowing an earned run and two hits in 1.0 innings on Sunday against Miami before allowing two more hits, including a solo home run, Monday at San Francisco.
The right-hander has pitched in three MLB games this year after getting a late start to his season due to injury this spring. Barrett has fared better in the minors this season, allowing just four earned runs over 21.0 innings (1.71 ERA).
Bracho has 8.1 innings of work for the D-backs this season but was sent to Triple-A after his last appearance on May 10. He has a 1.08 ERA with just three hits allowed — all three and his only earned run allowed came in his season debut on April 15.
Bracho has struggled in 13 appearences for Reno, allowing 11 earned runs through 16.2 innings pitched in the minors.
