The Arizona Cardinals on Monday placed defensive end Markus Golden, tight end Jermaine Greshman and rookie cornerback Chris Campbell on the physically unable to perform list (PUP) before the full team reports for training camp Friday.
Arizona also signed tight end Chris Bazile to a one-year deal and waived tight end Beau Sandland, who had signed as a free agent in April.
Golden appeared in the first four games of 2017 before a torn ACL ended his year in early October. He compiled 11 tackles and no sacks to that point after a strong 2016, where he tallied 51 tackles, 12.5 sacks and four forced fumbles in his second NFL season.
Greshman played in 14 games for Arizona in 2017 but suffered an Achilles tear in the season finale to finish the year with 33 receptions for 322 yards and two touchdowns.
Campbell, who is listed with an ankle injury, was the Cardinals’ sixth-round pick out of Penn State.
The 6-foot-4, 250 pound Bazile joins Arizona after spending this offseason with the Washington Redskins, who released him on April 30.
He went undrafted out of Grambling State in 2016.
