Phoenix Suns guard De’Anthony Melton recalled from G League

Phoenix Suns guard De’Anthony Melton’s trip to the G League lasted about 24 hours.
Melton was recalled by the Suns on Sunday in advance of their home game against the Memphis Grizzlies at 6 p.m.
Melton scored 16 points and added eight rebounds, five assists and two steals in 45 minutes for the Northern Arizona Suns on Saturday.
The rookie made his NBA against the San Antonio Spurs on Halloween and had seven points and three steals on 3-of-12 shooting in 20 minutes.
With Devin Booker and Isaiah Canaan back in the lineup, it will be interesting to see what role Melton has moving forward.
