Phoenix Suns sign Earl Barron to second 10-day contract

There will be another 10 days of Earl Barron for the Phoenix Suns.
The team announced Tuesday it had signed the center to a second 10-day contract. His first 10-day contract with the team was signed on Feb. 21.
Barron, 33, has appeared in five games for the Suns this season, averaging 1.6 points and 0.8 rebounds in 5.5 minutes per game.
Prior to signing with the Suns, Barron had averaged 20.3 points and 10.9 rebounds per game with the Bakersfield Jam on the NBA Developmental League.
Barron is an eight-year NBA veteran who has also played for the New York Knicks, Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks, Portland Trail Blazers, Golden State Warriors and Washington Wizards.
