The Phoenix Suns, in need of guard depth with Brandon Knight sidelined with an ankle injury, have signed guard Seth Curry to a 10-day contract.
A 6-foot-1, 180-pound guard, Curry was averaging 23.5 points and shooting 48 percent from the field — 48.2 percent from three-point range — for the Erie BayHawks of the NBA Development League.
Curry was with the Suns during the Las Vegas Summer League, where he averaged 10.2 points in 21 minutes per game.
The guard attended Duke University, where he was an All-ACC selection in 2012-13.
