The Phoenix Suns got an on-court makeover this offseason.
Starting this spring, Talking Stick Resort Arena will get renovations of its own.
The Suns released the first public rendering of Project 201: PHX Reimagined. When guests enter the arena, they will walk into the Casino Arizona Pavilion, an 8,500-square foot area with LED screens and views into the inner bowl.
In addition to the Suns and Phoenix Mercury, Talking Stick Resort Arena is home to the Arizona Rattlers and hosts an average of 135 ticketed events and 200 community events each year.
Project 201 has an estimated price tag of $230 million.
It is scheduled to begin in spring of 2020 and ready for the 2020-21 season.
