The NFL on Friday named Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray as one of five finalists to win the 2019 NFL Rookie of the Year Award, an honor sponsored by Pepsi and voted on by fans.

Those votes can be placed at NFL.com/rookies. Polling will stay open through Monday, Jan. 20, at 1 p.m. MST.

Murray is also a candidate to win the Associated Press NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year honor, another NFL honor that is voted on by media members.

Joining Murray as one of the finalists for the fan-vote award are San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa, Tennessee Titans receiver A.J. Brown, Oakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs and Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders.

Murray, the No. 1 pick in the 2019 draft, started 16 games for Arizona and completed 64% of his passes for 3,722 yards, 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He rushed for another 544 yards on 5.8 yards per carry and added four touchdowns on the ground.

Bosa recorded 9.0 sacks and 16 tackles for loss after going second in the draft.

After opening the year as the odds leader to win the AP award for offensive rookie standouts, Murray was surpassed midseason by Jacobs after the Raider rushed for 1,150 yards and seven touchdowns in 13 games. Jacobs, the 24th overall selection out of Alabama, added 166 receiving yards during his rookie year.

Brown caught 1,051 yards worth of production and added eight touchdowns in 2019. The second-round pick (51st overall) out of Ole Miss averaged 20.2 yards per catch and recorded 39 first downs out of 52 total receptions.

For the Eagles, Sanders led all rookies with 1,327 yards from scrimmage (818 rushing, 509 receiving).
