The Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors game that was postponed on Jan. 15 has been rescheduled to March 4 at 8 p.m. at Phoenix Suns Arena, the NBA announced on Saturday.
The game was part of three Suns games postponed due to COVID-19 tracing. Phoenix’s games against the Atlanta Hawks (Jan. 13) and Indiana Pacers (Jan. 16) were also postponed.
Multiple players on the Washington Wizards tested positive for COVID-19 after the Suns beat the team on Jan. 11. The postponement of the Phoenix games was due to the Suns not having enough players to play because of the contact tracing procedures.
No Suns tested positive for COVID-19 after the game against Washington and the team returned to play on Jan. 18 against the Memphis Grizzlies.
It was the first time this season the Suns were interrupted due to the virus.
The games against Atlanta and Indiana have yet to be rescheduled.
