Early Super Bowl LVI odds predict rematch; Cardinals tied for 18th
The 2020 NFL season and Super Bowl LV are officially in the books.
Which means sportsbooks have already begun releasing their odds for who will be lifting the Lombardi Trophy a year from now.
According to BetOnline, the Kansas City Chiefs at 5/1 and Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 9/1 have the best odds of making it to Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.
In fact, the sportsbook also gives the Buffalo Bills and Green Bay Packers the same chances of returning to their respective conference championship games at 12/1.
And following the Rams’ acquisition of Pro-Bowl quarterback Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles is now given 12/1 odds to be just the second team in NFL history to host a Super Bowl in its own stadium.
When it comes to the NFC West, the entire division found themselves in the top eight except for the Arizona Cardinals.
The San Francisco 49ers came in at No. 6 with 14/1 odds while the Seattle Seahawks are tied for eighth at 20/1.
Unfortunately for the Cardinals, though, they finished tied with the Philadelphia Eagles at 18th with 40/1 odds.
Simply put, a $100 bet right now on Arizona to win it all next season would result in $4,000 worth of winnings — should the Cardinals win Super Bowl LVI.
