Deandre Ayton leads Suns with 16 points in 1st half of NBA Finals’ Game 3

The Phoenix Suns are trailing to the Milwaukee Bucks at halftime for the first time in these NBA Finals.
Milwaukee leads Phoenix 60-45 after the opening two quarters of Sunday’s Game 3 at Fiserv Forum.
Suns center Deandre Ayton led the way with 16 points on 7-of-9 shooting (77.8%) to go along with five rebounds and one steal.
Ayton also led the Suns in minutes in the opening half with 19:41.

Phoenix point guard Chris Paul added 10 points and four assists over nearly 17 minutes played.
Devin Booker got off to a slow start.
The All-Star only managed to put up seven points on 2-of-11 shooting (18.2%) in addition to three boards and one dime.
As a team, the Suns are shooting 43.2% from the floor (19-for-44) and 14.3% from three-point range (2-of-14).
Conversely, the Bucks are only shooting 47.1% from the floor (24-of-51) and 27.8% from deep (5-for-18).
Milwaukee was led by forward Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 18 points, eight rebounds and four assists in over 19 minutes played.
