The Arizona Cardinals announced the signing of three players to their practice squad on Wednesday: cornerback Greg Mabin, running back Tavien Feaster and offensive lineman Koda Martin.
Feaster’s agreement had already been reported by NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero on Tuesday.
Mabin has 34 NFL game appearances with five starts. The 27-year-old has played for the Buffalo Bills, San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars.
He recorded career highs of 21 tackles, three passes defensed and four starts last season with the Jaguars.
Martin was released from the 53-man roster on Monday as the team signed safety Chris Banjo to the active roster from the practice squad.
Feaster, a second-year back from South Carolina, spent training camp with the Cardinals. He played in Arizona’s preseason opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Aug. 14 where he had 10 yards on three carries and caught a pass for 16 yards.
Joining the team on April 15, he was among one of the final cuts before the Cardinals finalized their 53-man roster ahead of the regular season.
Feaster adds to the running back depth chart that includes Chase Edmonds, James Conner, Jonathan Ward and Eno Benjamin. Benjamin was not active against the Rams last week with a hamstring injury.
