It’s been quite the roller coaster of news since the Arizona Cardinals were bounced from the NFC Wild Card game in unspectacular fashion.

Since the loss in Los Angeles a little over a week ago, Arizona hasn’t kept itself out of the news cycle by any means, with conflicting reports on whether or not there was a “tense meeting” involving the Cardinals front office and head coach Kliff Kingsbury.

With the amount of information on the web, here’s a look at the timeline of reports surrounding Arizona:

January 20

2:53 p.m.: Compare.bet editor and former Cardinals writer Kyle Odegard reported a “tense meeting” took place involving owner Michael Bidwill, general manager Steve Keim and Kingsbury the Wednesday following the Wild Card game.

“Bidwill was unhappy with late-season slide and intimated changes were possible,” Odegard said.

3:07 p.m.: NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that no such meeting ever existed.

3:46 p.m.: The Arizona Republic’s Kent Somers reports that one of his sources did not hear of the meeting but did confirm that Bidwill was “very, very upset” with how the season ended and the team’s quick playoff exit.

4:02 p.m.:Arizona Sports’ John Gambadoro confirms there was no meeting.

January 21

11:48 a.m. Rapoport speaks with The Pat McAfee Show on the Cardinals meeting reports.

“Some of that tweet was right,” Rapoport said of Odegard’s report. “I know Bidwill’s not happy, nor should he be by the way. Any team that loses like that should all be unhappy.

“Yes, Bidwill is not thrilled, I’m sure Steve Keim is not thrilled, I’m sure Kliff Kingsbury is not thrilled. I just know that the meeting hadn’t happened yet.”

January 24

12:01 p.m.: Bidwill confirms to Somers that he is disappointed with how things went and that there have been “internal discussions” centered around improving the team.

January 25

5:32 a.m.: NFL insider Jason La Canfora adds to the reports of the Cardinals’ displeasure with how the season ended, “hearing” coaches have yet to receive their playoff bonuses.

9:19 a.m.: A source tells Pro Football Talk the La Canfora report is “complete BS” and that checks are in the process of being handed out.
