Phoenix Suns outshine Toronto Raptors: By the Numbers

So this is what Phoenix Suns head coach Jeff Hornacek had in mind when he decided to implement a three-guard system for Phoenix’s 2014-2015 campaign.
Eric Bledsoe scored 20 points and Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas contributed 18 apiece in the Phoenix Suns’ 125-109 blowout victory over the Toronto Raptors Sunday night.
It was the second-straight blowout loss (third-straight loss in general) for the Raptors (24-10) to end a long road trip, and the eighth win in 10 games for the Phoenix Suns (20-16).
Four other players scored in the double digits as the Suns took a 19-point lead (the largest of the first half) and a 27-point lead in the second half to completely shut down the Raptors.
What did the Suns’ highest-scoring non-overtime win look like, by the numbers?

The Suns shot 54 percent from the field over Toronto’s 46 percent, hitting 48-of-89 shots.

Phoenix hit eight 3-pointers on 23 attempts for 35 percent shooting behind the arc. Thomas led the Suns from the 3-point line, hitting 3-of-5, followed by Dragic’s twin triples.
Toronto also shot 35 percent from three, hitting 9-of-26 attempts.
