Markieff Morris: ‘I don’t feel our fans are behind us’

The Phoenix Suns lost badly to the San Antonio Spurs Saturday night, 101-74.
It was a game in which the team opened the first quarter with 19 percent shooting, posted a franchise-low 24 points at the half, and, despite a 33-point fourth-quarter scoring effort, could not overcome a deficit that at one time had stretched to 30-plus points.
After the game, forward Markieff Morris was disappointed — but it wasn’t directed in the way some might have thought it would be.
