D-backs to give out Paul Goldschmidt X-Wing Fighter bobblehead for Star Wars Day

May the 4th is Star Wars Day around the globe — a chance for fans of the iconic movie series to get their geek on (more than they do on the other 364 days of the year.)
It’s also a great opportunity for cross promotion for baseball teams.
The Arizona Diamondbacks are on the road in Washington this year on May 4, but that won’t prevent them from using the force later in the summer.
On June 24, the D-backs will host the Philadelphia Phillies and the first 20,000 fans will receive a Paul Goldschmidt X-Wing Fighter Bobblehead. Fans can save up to 30 percent on tickets for the game, but only on purchases made May 4. To purchase tickets, go to dbacks.com/starwars.
