The Phoenix Suns will continue their NBA Draft workouts on Wednesday, and in their first workout with a potential No. 1 pick, they are starting with the name most assume will be called by Adam Silver at the top spot on June 21.

Arizona center Deandre Ayton will have a solo workout with the team on Wednesday, the team announced Tuesday evening. Ayton’s workout will have media availability.

Ayton, 19, is considered the favorite to be selected No. 1 overall by the Suns.

The 7-foot-1 center, who won the Pac-12 Player of the Year award, averaged 20.1 points, 11.6 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game in 2017-18.

He shot 61.2 percent overall and 34.3 percent from three-point range.

Ayton and Slovenian swingman Luka Doncic are widely considered the two best prospects in the upcoming draft.

Ayton has discussed the fit in Phoenix, telling CBS Sports Radio he could see the duo of himself and Devin Booker being “a little Shaq and Kobe 2.0.”

The Suns have had six draft workouts, covering the range of their picks from Nos. 16, 31 and 59.
