Every New Year’s brings new resolutions. Weekend Warriors usually add a day of training or increase intensity levels. But busy work schedules and family obligations make it tough to accommodate extra training. Weekend Warriors end up risking acute and chronic injuries by squeezing a week’s worth of exercise in to days.
