The Phoenix Suns are gearing up to begin their 49th season of basketball in the Valley of the Sun.
As a precursor to what figures to be a resurgent campaign following a 23-win season a year ago, the Suns held their annual meeting of Sixth Man Members Thursday night.
The presentation to fans included the release of the team’s latest #WeArePHX video, which is very well done and will get you jacked up for the upcoming season if you’ve got even the slightest hint of purple and orange in your blood.
The video is narrated by head coach Earl Watson.
The Suns will hold their annual Media Day Monday, Sept. 26 and that will be followed by a bus ride to Flagstaff, where the team will hold training camp through Saturday, Oct. 1.
The six-game preseason schedule starts Monday, Oct. 3 when the Suns host the San Antonio Spurs at Talking Stick Resort Arena.
