The Arizona Diamondbacks return home Friday to face the NL West opponent San Diego Padres, and their game can be viewed in a unique way.

Facebook Live will broadcast the contest here as the game gets started at 6:40 p.m. MST.

The D-backs are riding a franchise record 13-game winning streak after completing four consecutive sweeps, most recently in Los Angeles against the first-place Dodgers. Arizona enters the weekend with an 82-58 record with Patrick Corbin (13-11, 3.83 ERA) on the mound to go against the Padres’ Jordan Lyles (0-2, 6.71 ERA).

The D-backs are also up seven games in the NL Wild Card picture.

The Facebook page — titled “MLB Live” — has broadcast other games throughout this season already.

The game will still be on Fox Sports Arizona.
