Tom Brady was the MVP of Super Bowl XLIX, which meant he not only got a shiny trophy to add to his collection, but also a brand new Chevy truck.
Brady decided he did not need the vehicle, and instead gave it to teammate Malcolm Butler.
Butler, you may recall, is the safety who intercepted Russell Wilson’s pass to preserve New England’s 28-23 victory.
The undrafted free agent from West Alabama was very happy to accept Brady’s gift.

“Tom is a great guy for doing that,” Butler told ESPN.com’s Mike Reiss. “We had a meeting, and he was just like ‘Congratulations on the big play. You can get the keys to that truck.’ … I couldn’t have done all that without my teammates, so I’m just thankful to have the truck.”
