Ahead of the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft on Friday, 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station’s John Gambadoro has released the second round of his Top 5.

For those unfamiliar, Gambo narrows down the targets he believes the Cardinals will target in the draft. On Day 1, he listed Josh Rosen as an honorable mention: “If they do make a move to go get a quarterback, it’s not for Baker Mayfield (and) it’s not for Josh Allen because I don’t think those guys are reachable. How far will Rosen fall?”

He listed several options for the second round early Friday morning.

James Daniels, G/C, Iowa

Daniels had the No. 1 run-block grade from Pro Football Focus last season at 89.1. Running back David Johnson could thrive behind him as he aims for a comeback, and Daniels would add depth to the Cardinals line that faced injury after injury in 2017.

Combine profile: 21 bench press reps, 30.5-inch vertical jump.

Mock draft placement: CBS – No. 39 (Before Thursday, No. 21), NFL – No. 44 SI – No. 34 (Before Thursday, No. 22)

Dallas Goedert, TE, South Dakota State

Goedert had a 1,293-yard junior year and an 1,111-yard senior year, combining for 164 receptions and 18 touchdowns during those two seasons. He would be a likely replacement for Troy Niklas, who signed with the Patriots. The Cardinals also have Ricky Seals-Jones on their roster.

Combine profile: 23 bench press reps.

Mock draft placement: CBS – No. 40, NFL – No. 55 (Before Thursday, No. 32), SI – No. 44

Will Hernandez, OL, University of Texas, El Paso

He was Pro Football Focus’ top ranked guard in 2016 and was listed at No. 19 on PFF’s Top-100. Like Daniels, Hernandez would provide a boost at a thin Cardinals position.

Combine profile: 5.15-second 40-yard dash, 37 bench press reps, 24-inch vertical jump.

Mock draft placement: CBS – No. 34 (No. 18), NFL – No. 34 (No. 21), SI – No. 40 (No. 30)

Christian Kirk, WR, Texas A&M

The Scottsdale Saguaro High School product logged 919 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns last season. He also served as a kick and punt returner and was given some running plays at A&M. Kirk could be a receiver to fill the shoes of Larry Fitzgerald when the time comes.

Combine profile: 4.47-second 40-yard dash, 20 bench prep reps, 35.5-inch vertical jump.

Mock draft placement: CBS – No. 47, NFL – No. 59, SI – No. 47 (No. 29)

Connor Williams, OL, Texas

Gambo’s 5 is full of offensive lineman. Though Williams was injured in 2017, he was dominant in 2016, only allowing four pressures all season, according to PFF, which gave him a 91.1 rating that season.

Combine profile: 5.05-second 40-yard dash, 26 bench press reps, 34-inch vertical jump.

Mock draft placement: CBS – No. 35 (No. 32), NFL – No. 38, SI – No. 33 (No. 32)
