D-backs trade targets slipping away

The Arizona Diamondbacks had interest in Jason Frasor, but when the reliever was traded to the White Sox the team had to cross him off the wish list.
But he wasn’t the only one on the list, and the D-backs still may have some moves to make.
“They’re going to stay the course, they’re going to try to get a reliever,” Sports 620 KTAR’s John Gambadoro said Wednesday. “I still think Jason Isringhausen is a possiblity as a seventh inning guy.”
So with Frasor gone and Kerry Wood off the market, as Gambadoro said, Isringhausen may be the only trade target left. Then again, Gambadoro said the D-backs do like Sam Demel in that role, and while that may not excite fans he may be the most realistic option for the team.
