Born and raised in Kelseyville, California, I spent most of my summers growing up in Arizona. There were a lot of trips to Globe and the East Valley. Once out of high school, I attended the University of Arizona with a major in natural resources before eventually transferring to Arizona State and focusing on sports journalism. After an internship with Arizona Sports and graduating the following semester in 2017, I joined back on with Bonneville as a part-time web editor for both Arizona Sports and KTAR News before taking on the Cardinals beat and full-time role in 2021. I also started the Cardinals Corner podcast. At home, I am married with two kids, Brady and Baker, who keep me on my toes on a regular basis. If I’m not at home or at a game/practice, I’m likely on the golf course. In addition to my time at Arizona Sports, I have also interned/worked for Pinal Central, the East Valley Tribune, Lindy’s Sports and Athlon Sports.
