Johnson, Peterson land in top 20 of NFL Network’s Top 100 list

Was very nice to see Peterson finally get his props as the NFLs best #1 ranked CB, As he easily is the games best. Last season we saw what happened when Sherman didn't have elite safety help behind him over the top, Sherman was destroyed last year with WRs beating him like a drum including our very own JJ Nelson. Peterson is just a flat-out beast & with elite all-pro FS/CB Tyrann Mathieu back 100% fully healthy & back to form, along with Budda Baker & Antoine Bethea in that secondary as well the Cardinals are going to have a lock down secondary especially with the elite pass rush up front. I thought Mathieu should of made the list, even if it was toward the backend. A lot of injured players made it as well as players who had off seasons. Mathieu was ranked in the mid 20's last year, he should of atleast made it ranked in the 90s this year. Next year he will be back ranked in the top 20 with Peterson.
I was also surprised to see OLB/DE Markus Golden did not make the list either but pass rushers who weren't as good as him last year did make it!!! Golden was also snubbed by the Pro-Bowl not making the PB either. Golden is playing at a border line elite caliber level putting up 12.5 sacks & 59 QB Pressures last yr, going into just his 3rd season this next year Markus Golden is just scratching the surface of his potential. With another 10+ Sack season this year, the Pro Bowl and Top 100 will have to recognize him.

It was also very nice to see Elite All-Pro 6"2/225pd RB David Johnson to rank 12th overall on the top 100, but he should be ranked in the top 10 over Zeke Elliott. Johnson did what he did behind a injured plagued offensive line starting 3 second/third string O-Linemen setting a NEW NFL RECORD with 15 straight games of over 100+ YDs, and not only is Johnson an Elite RB but he is truly an elite wide receiver than can lineup outside and win, in the slot and win or out of the backfield. And Johnson put up more yards from scrimmage than any other NFL Player with over 2100+YDs and 20TDs.
David Johnson is the best most dangerous offensive weapon in the NFL period, With a fully healthy offensive line in front of him he will easily put up over 1500yds/17-20TDs rushing w/ 90-100 receptions for atleast 1000+YDs & 5-8TDs receiving, David Johnson is unstoppable , you just cannot shut the guy down. I hate to think what Johnson is going to cost to keep long term, but he will be worth every penny.
