Press conference video: Cardinals introduce receiver A.J. Green

Mar 18, 2021, 9:14 AM | Updated: 9:59 am

The Arizona Cardinals introduced wide receiver A.J. Green with a press conference at 9:20 a.m. Thursday.

A seven-time Pro Bowler, Green joins the Cardinals receiving corps that includes DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, Andy Isabella and KeeSean Johnson. It’s a receiving group that is still awaiting word on whether future Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald will return for his 18th season.

The 32-year-old Green, who has spoken about how much he looked up to Fitzgerald, now joins his second NFL team after spending his entire career thus far with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Green has 9,430 career receiving yards and six 1,000-yard seasons since he was the fourth overall pick in 2011.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound receiver last made a Pro Bowl in 2017.
