Minor league teams, including three out of the Arizona Diamondbacks’ farm system, will celebrate their local Hispanic and Latino communities with fresh color schemes, new logos and new team identities as part of the 2018 season’s Copa de la Diversión or “Fun Cup.”

The Single-A Hillsboro Hops will celebrate the diversity initiative six times as the home team this season, while Single-A Visalia Rawhide will do so nine times. Kane County will have three Copa de la Diversión games.

During those games, the Hops will become the Lúpulos de Hillsboro.

The team takes the name of the common hop (its scientific name, naturally, is Humulus lupulus).

Meanwhile, the Rawhide will play as the Visalia Toros.

Single-A Kane County also revealed a new look.

The three D-backs minor league teams were among 33 teams taking on new identities. Here is a peek at the new looks, new names and tweaked color-schemes for the other minor-league teams.
